Objects of the Organization




1) To arrange seminar, awareness programs on social justice educational and economic upliftment to make people aware of their legal rights and fundamental rights as envisaged in the constitution of India.
2) The society, sumo moto or on a petition presented to it by a victim or any other person on him behalf regarding any complaint: -
a) Violation of human rights in relation to life, liberty, equality and dignity.
b) Negligence in the prevention of such violation by any legal action and any other action, lawful, as it think fit.
3) To provide counseling and legal aids to woman facing domestic violence, gender sensitivity, atrocities on woman in family life, etc. To conduct programs to inculcate mutual respect and positive attitude between woman and man.
4) To provide care and support, thereafter assist legally the abandoned, neglected or victims of violence aged, sick disable persons and endeavor to establish them in their rightful place at the center of their family. Where the neglected, old or disable persons, have no place to go, provide them physical care and emotional support along with the provision & opportunities for them so that they can contribute positively to the society. In this respect, to accommodate them in any old home or any other shelter, established, maintained, run by the trust or any other organization.
5) To take up effective and reasonable lawful steps for eradication of social evils as “Dowry system” , wastage of money in various social functions, abuses of drugs, or intoxication, child marriage, child labor and allied matters.
6) To establish, maintain, run different centers and to take up effective reasonable and lawful measures for solution of the problems of any beneficiary member of the society or relating to general public. Where the problem failed to solve by mutual or joint discussion, mediating or counseling or where such persons are reluctant to such intervention, to approach the competent court / courts to safeguard the right of the people as a last resort.
7) To proceed, establish, advice or seek legal remedies on any matter which is against the administrative and executives arbitrariness in decision making so as to infringement of right to equality.
8) To assure social and economic justice through public interest litigation (PIL) so as to make basic human rights meaningful to the deprived oppressed and vulnerable sections of the society. To enforce public interest or general interest in which public at large or a class of community have some interest and their legal rights are effected.


9) To establish, run maintain training school centers, classes etc. For imparting educational
vocational courses such as tailoring embroidery, painting, beautician courses, any other crafts
etc. So as to make the destitute, physically challenged, widows and others for self sufficiency and to ensure economic freedom.
10) To arrange legal actions, remedy and rehabilitation or shelter for the victims of any assaults or one who uses one's position to exploit sexually to which a person would not have agreed other wise, or insults or intimidating with the intent to dishonoring or outraging the modesty of any woman or child.
11) To run children's homes, orphanages, school and welfare centers for care, treatment, maintenance, education and development of destitute children.
12) To through out development of rural areas as well as the rural life such as proper education, social justice, medical care, rehabilitation plantation etc.
13) To undertake organize research centers in the field of human rights or any other subject relating to sociology.
14) To publish, journals, periodicals to arrange conference, talk on different subjects of human rights and other social science.
15) To inspect, review and report the unhealthy and proper living condition of the prisoners.
16) To create a sense of brotherhood, co- operation, mutual harmony love and affection amongst the members of the society and amongst the general public.
17) To accept donations, grants, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable as well as immovable properties for attainment of aims and objectives of the society.
18) To purchase, acquire the land or buildings in the name of the society for the upliftment and fulfillment of the object of the society.
19) To do all such other activities as are necessary, incidental and conductive to the attainment of the aims and objectives of the society.
20) To help, contribute, promote, take over or amalgamate wholly or partially with any other society, trust, body or institution, whether in corporation or not, having object wholly or in part similar to those of the trust.
21) To do any other act or acts for the advancement of general public utility not involving, the carrying on of activities for profit.
